Lead Accountant
The Lead Accountant is responsible for working closely with the accounting team to perform accounting functions for the organization in accordance with GAAP and financial management processes.
Community Outreach & Communications Specialist
The Community Outreach & Communications Specialist will work to engage communities, families, and child care providers in addressing child care access and quality through a variety of strategic communication efforts. This position will create and oversee implementation of a variety of resources and communication strategies, including web content, blogs, social media, and email communication. In addition, responsibilities include production of a variety of reports, consumer education materials, and other publications that support audience engagement.
Director of Innovations, Programs, and Strategy
The Director of Innovation, Programs, and Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the development of current and new programs and strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s mission and strengthen its impact and reach. The position is responsible for creating a culture of innovation and excellence for all programs and initiatives, including design, implementation, evaluation, and administration.

Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will provide general human resource support to a dynamic, growing organization! Responsibilities may include: recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; employment and personnel documentation; performance evaluation; compensation and/or benefits; compliance with federal employment laws; and employee relations.

Grants Specialist
The Grants Specialists will complete a variety of tasks in support of the project needs including documentation and organization of grant applications, facilitation of and support for grant review processes – including tracking of receipts and detailed financial information, communication coordination between the organization and grant seekers, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the Child Care Aware of Kansas database.
