With more than 10 years of experience as a therapist, Vladimir has made an invaluable impact on the Kansas City community through his work as a social worker, crisis clinician, child therapist, and children’s book author. As a committed equity and justice advocate, he has provided counseling support not only to children, but also to their families and the broader community through a holistic partnership. Vladimir graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s in social work. He currently works at University Health Behavioral Health as the senior project coordinator for employee wellness and engagement. He is also the proud parent of two biracial children.
