Senior Manager: Human Resources

The Senior Manager: Human Resources will provide general human resources support to a dynamic, growing organization. Responsibilities may include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; employment and personnel documentation; performance evaluation; compensation and/or benefits; compliance with federal employment laws; and employee relations. This position performs complex duties requiring independent judgment and coordination in one or more areas of human resources.  

Senior Manager: Fund Development

The Senior Manager: Fund Development will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission and impact of Child Care Aware of Kansas by leading the organization’s fundraising efforts.  Responsibilities may include working with staff on fundraising needs, planning fundraising events, establishing fundraising objectives and assist with writing grants, This position performs complex duties requiring independent judgment and coordination in one or more areas of fund development.
